Gingerbread Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 TB cacao or cocoa powder
- 3 TB vegan mini chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and mix until combined.
Bring to light boil then pour into cups, add toppings, and serve.
